If you made a survival guide to life, what are the key ingredients?: There is Power in Action. Learning is the only way to grow. Never lose your Vision.

What have you learned the most about yourself?: That I am a survivor. I've learned that I can depend on myself.

What is one piece of advice you would give to the future generation?: Don't be so quick to cancel each other. In life you're going to change your mind and grow so much. Have more compassion for yourselves and others.

What's one vice you wish you could give up?: Difficult question, because I enjoy my vices LOL...maybe smoking so much. IDK

What centers you in rough times?: Music! Specifically oldies like Sam Cooke or Otis Redding. John Coltrane centers me also.

What inspires you?: Life inspires me every day. My highs, lows are all needed experiences, and the experiences of those around me.

What is the kindest thing a stranger has ever done for you?: A lady once paid for my takeout dinner after having a long conversation about frying catfish, while waiting for our food.

What is the first thing you do when you wake up?: Stare at the ceiling and pray or meditate.

What is the last thing you do before you sleep?: Pray.

What keeps you motivated?: The desire to manifest my goals and dreams. Being blessed with the ability to chase after any goal desired is the motivation.

What do you like to do in your spare time?: QT with my Love! Hike and travel.

What would you like people to remember about you?: That I lived with no reservations and never compromised my Integrity while doing so. That I am a good person with a good heart for people.

What is one message you would like to give your fans or supporters?: I want all my supporters to know that my belief is that music can save and heal us. I enjoy creating songs that promote human connection, self-love and awareness. I want us to be patient with ourselves and spread more love to each other.

Where did you grow up?: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Were you a good student?: I was a B average student. Did my work and passed most tests.

What is your creative process like?: Get lifted and vibe out with my producer. Some moments can start with writings I've been journaling or ideas to songs I have. A lot of times songs are created from the vibe we are creating in the studio. Most of my songs are freestyle and then I go back and jot the lyrics, make corrections and create from there.
