Dedicated toward promoting LOVE, culture, human value, ACCEPTANCE and social change. The emerging FASHION, MUSIC, ART ICONS of the next generation and beyond.

This magazine is to be the creative source directory that fosters the success of savvy BLACK, Indigenous and People of Color creators. Our publication champions suicide prevention through positivity. Exclusive Interviews with BLACK and Culturally Diverse Visionaries, Innovators and Creators.

It also includes noteworthy influencers, fashion photographers, videographers, wardrobe stylists, fashion designers, creative art directors, emerging fashion brands and the like.

Those that inspire passionate artists and creators about the beauty of the creative culture. This forum is meant to allow others to absorb, contribute and redistribute to the expressive dialogue of beautiful, enamoring artistic creation.

HP Indigo digital presses to print the publication on demand in full color, with a full bleed.

PAYMENTS | CONTRACTS 

Acceptance of contract advertising rates by customer constitutes contract agreement. In the case of unfilled yearly contracts, charges will be adjusted in accordance with the rate applicable to the number of insertions actually placed.


PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be remitted in full within 30 days of closing date. Any additional fees or charges inclusive of but not limited to foreign currency exchange, clearance, and wire transfer will be added on to the customer’s account. There will be an interest charge of 1.5% per month on all overdue balances.


CANCELLATION FEE

Is double the cost  of ad space for any ad cancelled after published space close date. No cancellations will be accepted after published material close date.


GENERAL

THEFSTATE Magazine reserves the right to decline any advertisement and ad-vertorial. In the event of error,  liability shall not exceed the cost of the space booked. The publisher is not liable for delays in delivery or non- delivery of advertising material affect- ing production.
