About theFstate Magazine

Based in Texas and celebrated globally, theFstate Magazine is a creative hub for digital and print storytelling that highlights iconic non-conformists who redefine love, style, and culture. Our mission is to promote acceptance, human value, and social change while amplifying the voices of emerging talents in fashion, music, and art from the next generation and beyond.

We’re passionate about celebrating creative innovation and sharing the stories of diverse Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) creators who are shaping the cultural landscape. As a platform, we champion positivity and suicide prevention, fostering an environment of hope and empowerment.

HP Indigo digital presses to print the publication on demand in full color, with a full bleed.

PAYMENTS | CONTRACTS 

Acceptance of contract advertising rates by customer constitutes contract agreement. In the case of unfilled yearly contracts, charges will be adjusted in accordance with the rate applicable to the number of insertions actually placed.


PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be remitted in full within 30 days of closing date. Any additional fees or charges inclusive of but not limited to foreign currency exchange, clearance, and wire transfer will be added on to the customer’s account. There will be an interest charge of 1.5% per month on all overdue balances.


CANCELLATION FEE

Is double the cost  of ad space for any ad cancelled after published space close date. No cancellations will be accepted after published material close date.


GENERAL

THEFSTATE Magazine reserves the right to decline any advertisement and ad-vertorial. In the event of error,  liability shall not exceed the cost of the space booked. The publisher is not liable for delays in delivery or non- delivery of advertising material affect- ing production.
